A BILL to repeal §47-19-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring license to sell paraphernalia for use with controlled substances.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1 Repeal of section requiring license to sell paraphernalia for use with controlled substances.
     

     NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §47-19-1 which requires a license to sell paraphernalia for use with controlled substances.
